Token Bar
How it works: Guest are given a set number of tokens. Guests then trade these tokens for drinks
Same system can be followed without the trade of physical tokens
£7 per token (covers most drinks, beers, wines, single spirits and softs etc)
£9 per token (covers those premium drinks, cocktails, speciality whisky, sparkling wine)
Example: 3 tokens from £21 or £27 per guest.
Why choose it: It controls the spend while offering guests inclusive drinks. Tokens are designed to be special, to enhance the brand and add a novelty to your event.
Depending on your budget this example pricing can be adjusted to you.
Pre Paid Tab Bar
How it works: The bar has a spend cap of your choice, for your guests drinks until that limit is reached then it becomes an individually paid par. Or you can top up.
Example:
Bar opens from 6pm to 11pm with a £2000 limit. Once reached guests pay their own way
Why choose it: Allows for guests to have complimentary drinks within the spend limit while still not committing to an unlimited package.
